A hosted Workspace is one paid for under your subscription payment where each hosted Workspace has all the features included in your plan.

If you've reached the limit of available hosted Workspaces for your plan, you will need to either purchase a plan that enables hosting more Workspaces (i.e For Agency) or transfer ownership of an existing Workspace to a user who has available hosted Workspaces (i.e transfer ownership to an organization).

For example, if you're a Freelancer or Agency who builds process documentation for an organization and you're ready to hand off your documentation, you would transfer the Workspace ownership to a contact within that organization — and they would subscribe to Puzzle under their own plan — making available a hosted Workspace in your plan, and maintaining your editor access to that organization's documentation under their plan.

Yes — our Views feature allows you to bundle specific Sections to share with internal teams or external stakeholders who only need to understand a few pieces of your operations.
